West Ham have made an offer to Manchester United (MU) midfielder Jesse Lingard to return to the London Stadium.
The 29-year-old player officially became a free agent on July 1 when his contract with United expired.
Jesse Lingard was quite successful on loan with West Ham in the 2020/2021 Premier League by scoring nine goals in 16 matches.
West Ham then tried to re-sign him in early 2021/2022, but was rejected by United. Even in January 2022 on the grounds of not wanting to loan Jesse Lingard to a club competing for a ticket to Europe.
